When placing orders with Mesij Store all payments are secure and encrypted with fast check-out. We provide several secure payment options. Additionally, when you see a lock icon in the address bar of your browser next to the URL that starts with https://, this means ours and your connections is secured.
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation so you can track your order status.
What is custom made-to-order?
Each product is unique, and custom made-to-order. Custom made garments start with a white base which is sublimation printed with our designs, cut and hand sewn by experts. This means that most of our products are created from scratch. There's no inventory of the same products or various colors in custom sewn products; they are made especially for you when you place an order.
How is your product made?
Products are designed in-house. We work with professional vendors that create quality products on demand. Therefore, colors may vary, especially when matching black garments. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is placed. When orders are placed, they go directly to production and thus, it is not guaranteed the orders can be cancelled. We always want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you should this issue arise, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please refer to the Refund Policy on non-refundable reasons.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with on demand fulfillment vendor companies with facilities worldwide.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to process most orders, after which it is shipped out. It's difficult to predict the shipping times as it depends on your location. The shipping times can be estimated as follows:
~ US - Standard (Flat): 3-5 business days
~ Canada/Europe - Standard (Flat): 6-15 days
~ International - Standard (Flat): 14-20 business days and Express 5-9 days to US and Canada for Custom Watches
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still do not have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s then get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
What’s your return policy?
We do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
