FAQ

When will I get my products?

The average estimated production times are within 3 to 6 business days. The final delivery time will then depend on the shipping service chosen and the customer's location. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship across the USA, but will review adding more in the future.

What sustainable materials do you use?

Organic Cotton and Recycled Polyester, the materials used can be found in the product description.

What is your refund policy?

Our custom made-to-order products are non-refundable.  Our thrift products are final sales and are sold-as-is. See our Refund Policy for further details.

Where do your thrift items come from?

Our items come from Mesij Store closets and are one-time owners.

Are thrift items clean and in good condition?

Each item is meticulously examined, cleaned, sanitized and in excellent to good condition.

Can I sell items on Shifting to Thrifting Shop?

We currently do not have a seller program and only sell Mesij Store items for now.
